What is Food Story?
The new way to track your meals. Food Story is a brand new food diary that allows you to not only track what you eat but helps you to visualise what you’re eating over time.
By simply taking a picture of every meal, snack and drink you consume in a day, you can better understand what and how much you’re eating. This will encourage you to eat a wider variety of colours and foods, not just beige! Most importantly, Food Story helps you to take more pride in what you eat every day.
We don’t want to be known purely as a dieting app. Not everyone wants to track calories, macros, or nutrients, so we’ve provided the option not to. Often the requirement to know and track every little detail of what we’re eating can discourage us from tracking our food altogether, and in some cases can encourage unhealthy eating habits. By simply taking a picture, you’ll have an easy-to-follow record of what you eat, and be able to show off those impressive culinary creations by sharing with family and friends!
